Delivery Services

• The Garden Factory only delivers within 1-2 hours of the physical store location in Rochester, New York.
• Delivery dump trucks do not drive on lawns or new driveways due to their weight.
• Stone and mulch will be dumped at one address in one location per delivery.
• One bulk product per truck per delivery.
• Please make it known where you would like your bulk product dumped in your driveway when ordering. You can mark the area with a tarp, chalk mark, cone, garbage can or specify under basket ball hoop, in front of left/right hand side of garage door, in extra parking space etc.
• You do not need to be home to receive your delivery.
• Your order will arrive on the scheduled day.
• Delivery hours are from Mon – Fri 8am-5pm. During May as late as 9pm.
• The driver will call the customer if there is a problem or delay so please provide a day time phone number, cell number etc where you can be reached on the day your delivery is scheduled.
• We cannot give you a specific time for delivery due to traffic conditions and other variables.
• If you have hired a landscaper to spread your bulk products please schedule them to come the day after delivery as we can not guarantee the time of your delivery.
• Please make sure you have seen the bulk products in person before ordering. Please do not rely on the image on your computer as differences in monitors can alter the color.
• Add on orders may be subject to a higher delivery. Please see delivery prices.
• Any bulk items that have been over ordered will not be picked up or reimburse.
• Any orders that have been under ordered will be subject to further delivery charges.
• No C.O.D. All orders need to paid in full at time of ordering.
• Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, before bulk products have been spread/landscaped.
