Since 1974 The Garden Factory has grown into an Industry leader and has made a name for itself in the Lawn and Garden business. Year after year, The Martell Family along with a group of employees - some that have been with us as long as 33 years - have made us who we are today. Managers, Assistant Managers, Nursery workers, Cashiers, Customer Service Employees, Office Staff, Greenhouse Crew, Truck Drivers, Salespersons, Forklift Drivers, Bobcat Operators and Monse (House Keeping), everyone here makes it work! Together as a team we come together in the busy season and in the off season to make The Garden Factory the best it can be.

Helping customers, working with each other, learning from experience, and never forgetting what it took to get here. You need great people skills, plant knowledge, a good work ethic, patience and a passion for gardening. Is it easy? No, but working in a Garden Center-Nursery is something you carry with you the rest of your life.
