An early season, russet type, with round globular shape. The higher acid level adds a sprite zip to the mellow flavor. Best for fresh eating and they keep well. Moderately self-fruiting, but for maximum harvests pollinate with 20th Century. Will pollinate other Asian pears. Dwarf.
